Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TheMDHouse mobile application ("App") and related services provided by The MD House ("we," "us," or "our"), an overseas education consultancy. By downloading, registering for, or using TheMDHouse, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use TheMDHouse.

1. About Our Services

TheMDHouse is a mobile application developed by The MD House to support medical students pursuing education abroad. The App provides services including but not limited to:

• Student profile and document management for university admissions.
• Visa application tracking and document submission.
• Academic updates, attendance, results, and announcements.
• In-app communication with counselors and support staff.
• Notifications regarding application status and important deadlines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent, to create an account and use TheMDHouse. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with The MD House and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of TheMDHouse, you must register for an account by providing accurate personal information including your name, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at info@themdhouse.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using TheMDHouse, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Upload only genuine and valid documents (passport, academic certificates, visa documents, etc.).
• Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity.
• Not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the App or its infrastructure.
• Not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of TheMDHouse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how The MD House collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Account Deletion & Data Deletion

You may delete your TheMDHouse account and request deletion of your associated personal data at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To delete your account in-app:

1. Open TheMDHouse.
2. Navigate to Profile or Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.

To request deletion by email: Send an email to info@themdhouse.com with the subject line "TheMDHouse - Account Deletion Request", including your registered name and email or phone number.

7. Intellectual Property

TheMDHouse, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by The MD House and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content and documents you upload, but grant us a limited license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide our services to you.

8. Third-Party Services

TheMDHouse may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, or university portals). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

TheMDHouse and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While The MD House strives to provide accurate and timely information regarding admissions, visas, and academic matters, we do not guarantee:

• Admission to any university or approval of any visa application.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
• The accuracy of information provided by third parties (universities, embassies, etc.).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The MD House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TheMDHouse, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or delays in admission or visa processing.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your TheMDHouse account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to The MD House. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process described in Section 6.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through TheMDHouse or via email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at https://api-mdhouse.erptech.info/terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TheMDHouse shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

14. Grievance Redressal

If you have any concerns, complaints, or grievances regarding TheMDHouse or these Terms, please contact us. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 15 business days.
